Ginn Hotel Berlin Potsdam - Teltow

Just an optimal selection for an overnight stop in Teltow with great value-to-price ratio. Breakfast was varied and flavorful, especially that berry yogurt drink-really made my morning! Don't forget to check for the extra light card to avoid confusion when entering your room.

We had a very good stay at this workout hotel. Good and excellent location in the center within 25 minutes by car was a plus. What's more, it was short walk to which is very peaceful, restaurants and grocery stores and restaurants...

the location was nice next to a canal. had lunch/dinner at osteria la puglia, which i found relatively close to the hotel.

The gardens outside provide a nice escape for a bit of fresh air after a long day. The breakfast offerings are solid, especially the berry yogurt drink that hits the spot in the morning.

The showerhead had a persistent drip, made it tough to find sleep. The lounge area in the suite felt dark and a bit neglected, with leftover equipment from previous conferences cluttering up the space. Room decor comes off as cheap. There's a faint plastic smell and linoleum flooring that doesn't quite match up with a four-star expectation.

Beautiful garden area by the canal was a delight.

We experienced disruptive evening noise from an event, made it challenging to sleep. There seemed to be a lack of adequate staff support during check-in, causing a frustrating start to our stay. The unpleasant experience with loud celebrations negatively impacted our relaxation and comfort throughout our visit.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the standard double room. The bed felt huge and the cleaning staff maintained it super clean daily. Breakfast had a variety of options, rich in flavor, although the dining area was a bit crowded. The friendly reception staff provided useful tips about nearby bus routes to Berlin. Secure parking added convenience for my stay. The restaurant menu had limited options at night, and it closed for functions on two separate nights, disappointing. I expected a baby bed based on prior communication but didn't find one in the room despite my request. This made things a little challenging for our family setup.

I was impressed by the friendly reception staff and the easy access to bus routes, made commuting to Berlin easy.

Despite the pleasant environment, the evening noise from events made resting difficult at times.

The brekkie was totally lekker, especially that berry yoghurt drink-made my day! And the staff, like the blonde chommie at reception, were super helpful, big ups to her! The room was nice and clean, felt comfy overall.

But ag man, the aircon was a disaster, like how can you not have it working during summer? Had to move rooms and they were all a bit blah on cooling. That's a real bummer!

Great 24-hour reception, but wi-fi was slow at times.
